For more than a decade, Scarfone Hawkins LLP has been proud to support the Around the Bay Road Race. The local race is a longstanding Hamilton tradition and one of the oldest road races in North America.
This year, members of our team once again showed up in support, participating by running and walking, and raising funds for St. Joseph’s Healthcare Foundation. The 132nd edition of the race brought nearly 9,000 participants together along a route that traced Hamilton Harbour, offering a powerful reminder of the community spirit behind the event…even in challenging weather.
Since 1894, Around the Bay has combined athletic achievement with meaningful local impact. Funds raised through the race help support much‑needed hospital equipment at St. Joseph’s Healthcare, making a tangible difference for patients and families across the region.
We’re proud of our staff for their commitment, energy, and generosity, and grateful to everyone who donated, ran, walked, cheered, and volunteered. Supporting Around the Bay is about more than crossing a finish line. It’s about showing up for the community we’re part of.
