Recently, we gathered as a firm to recognize colleagues reaching 5, 10, 30, and 35 years with Scarfone Hawkins LLP during our Annual Service Awards. These milestones represent more than time served. They reflect dedication, trust, and the relationships built over years of shared work.
In a profession defined by deadlines, responsibility, and constant motion, pausing to acknowledge longevity is intentional. It is a reminder that the strength of a firm is measured not only by the work it does, but by the people who choose to grow within it…year after year.

This year’s Service Awards brought colleagues together to reflect, share stories, and celebrate achievements. A few thoughtful words, flowers, and a shared lunch marking moments that deserve recognition. It was a meaningful opportunity to step away from daily work and acknowledge what often happens quietly in the background: people showing up, consistently, and contributing to something larger than themselves.
