Articling positions
Articling application deadlines are established by the Law Society of Ontario.
Articling applications should include the following:
- covering letter
- résumé
- a copy of your undergraduate transcript and your law school transcript to date, as well as your graduate transcript, if applicable; and
- Reference letters, if you wish.
Submit your application by mail, courier, fax, email, viLaw Portal, or by using the form below (select “articling student” from the drop down menu and zip your supporting documentation so you only have to upload one file). Summer positions
Please submit your Applications for Summer 2023 Law Student Positions below. Interviews will be conducted in February.
Summer applications should include the following:

Associate positions
Applications for associate positions are accepted at any time. Your application should include a résumé, copies of your law school, undergraduate and (if applicable) graduate transcripts, and, if you wish, reference letters.
