Areas of Practice
Providing Options and Information to Get Clients the Results They Truly Need.
Brianne believes that a fully informed client is a fully empowered client. So she always works to ensure her clients understand the various options available to them, as well as the risks and practicalities they imply.
A problem-solver by nature, Brianne loves the creative process of finding novel legal solutions. She recognizes that every case presents unique opportunities. By thinking outside of the box and finding new avenues for legal argument, Brianne is able to see connections that others might miss.
Brianne also sees building rapport as being key to developing relationships throughout the legal community. It’s a skill that’s especially important in the world of litigation. After all, this is a sphere where most disputes are settled outside the courtroom. In out-of-court settlements, collegial relationships with opposing counsel can often facilitate favourable client outcomes without the need for a trial. Of course, Brianne is fully prepared to secure a favourable result in the courtroom when this is the best way forward for her clients.

A: My favourite way to start the day is with a barre workout at FitBarre here in Hamilton. I competitively danced for 15+ years so I love a ballet-inspired workout. In my spare time, I also enjoy making pottery and reading.
