Nandini‘s practice spans corporate and commercial law, banking and secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, wills and estates, and intellectual property. She is particularly drawn to IP law for its unique blend of creativity and commerce helping clients transform ideas into protected assets.

Her legal experience includes previous internships with the Canadian Red Cross and Canadian Blood Services, and volunteer work with Western’s Intellectual Property Clinic, Community Legal Services, and Pro Bono Students Canada. With a collaborative and client-focused approach, Nandini combines technical competence with human connection. She listens with intention, communicates with clarity, and works to ensure the law serves people, not just processes.

Born and raised in Hamilton, Nandini earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees from McMaster University before completing her J.D. at Western Law. While in law school, she studied a semester abroad in Denmark, where she explored the intersection of law, technology, and innovation.
