Educated at Lancaster College of Art and the University of London, Dundas artist Trevor Hodgson was the Director of the DVSA from 1977 to 1999. As an artist, he is best known for his mixed media work using colour xerography and oils. He has exhibited at the Art Gallery of Ontario, Palais de Beaux Arts, Belgium, the Institute of Contemporary Art, England, and the Canadian Cultural Centre, France. His work can be found in university collections throughout Canada. In 1991, Trevor received the City of Hamilton Arts Award.
