Invir had an ambition to practice law from an early age. Even while excelling at his undergraduate degree, Invir has his eyes set on law school earlier than many of his peers to ensure that nothing would stand in the way of his goals.

Today, Invir focuses his exceptional work-ethic and drive into delivering results for his clients at Scarfone Hawkins. His two primary focuses at present are corporate and real estate law. In these domains, Invir takes great satisfaction in helping his clients progress through complex processes to bring their large-scale projects to fruition.

A Collaborative and Detailed-Oriented Approach

Invir views the practice of law as a collaborative process that requires an in-depth understanding of his client’s needs and goals. An emphasis on collaboration extends to Invir’s work with colleagues, helping to contribute to a supportive team environment. The importance of paying attention to the slightest details when curating solutions and drafting agreements is also central in his approach to the practice of law.

" Q: Words to Live By?"

− A: “Under-promise, and over-deliver.” The law is all about ensuring your clients needs are met, but going above and beyond expectations is where I strive to be.”

" Q: Personal quality that’s served you well?"

− A: “Being a great listener. It’s quite hard to understand your clients' concerns and goals if you don’t let them speak. I’ve always chosen to listen first, and then speak – a practice that has continued to be helpful.”

" Q: Favourite Place to Find Inspiration?"

− A: “My family – They are first-generation Canadians. Seeing everyone in my family come here and make something out of absolutely nothing is extremely inspiring. Whenever I feel like I’m in a tough spot, I’m reminded that I’m in a privileged position, giving me the inspiration to push further.”
