Areas of Practice
Listening to Client Needs Is a Powerful Tool.
For Nicole, intentional listening is the most important communication skill. She will always take the time to hear diverse perspectives from colleagues and clients to ensure that she’s seeing all sides of the story.
Specializing in real estate law, Nicole has a particular interest in title repair cases. “Issues with titles can be a source of endless frustration for property owners. It’s immensely satisfying to help resolve these issues and bring closure to challenging chapters in our client’s lives.” Nicole’s unique involvement in litigation files better informs her perspective when drafting leases or facilitating real estate transactions as a Solicitor.
When she’s away from the office, Nicole is an avid reader and dog lover, with a passion for film photography. Nicole spends most of her time with friends and family or working on her golf and tennis swings. These hobbies have taught her the importance of patience, composure, and determination when approaching any challenge.

A: The best way is of course to attend Continuing Professional Development courses. They host a wide variety of these courses in Hamilton. Attending locally has allowed me to meet and connect with other members of the Hamilton Bar, who can be a great resource for changes and updates in the profession and the law.
