Our real estate group represents landowners, developers, builders and tenants in a variety of real-estate-related matters including planning and development agreements and approvals, subdivision agreements, purchase and sale transactions and negotiation and drafting of leases and other land-related contracts and agreements. Our expertise extends to issues relating to a variety of land uses including commercial, industrial, office and retail. We are also very active in the financing of real property assets. We represent institutional and private lenders as well as borrowers in the negotiation and drafting of land-based security documents and associated due diligence.
