Wills, Estates and Trusts
Lawyers in this Practice
Our wills, estates and trusts practitioners draft and prepare standard wills and powers of attorney, as well as structure more complex estate planning matters involving both inter vivos and testamentary trusts, roll-overs and other deferred taxation strategies, mirror wills and associated agreements. Multiple wills, where assets which do not require a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee in order to be disposed of, are dealt with in a separate will from the testator’s other assets. Our practitioners also “probate” and otherwise administer estates. We also prepare family trust agreements and business trust agreements.
